What a pleasure to have been nominated for the British Hairdressing Business Awards Director of the Year alongside my Managing Director Carlla Zebrowski. To have mentored Carla from Part Time Client Manager to Full Time Managing Director in just 3 years was fantasic. Carla had already been nominated for Manager of the year for 3 years running but her Director Nomination was well deserved and proves her strong business presence in the industry.
You don’t need to own a salon to build success and a reputation in the industry you do however need to find a salon brand that creates Super Stars. A company as dedicated to the development of the team as it is the Owners. If you want to create Salon Super Stars in your salon give them a platform to shine.
