Family: Mum to 3 humans and our Dog Oakley and car Elmo.
I love being a part of the Salon Jedi Team and watch not only our team grow and develop, but the amazing salon owners we help to become Salon Jedi Masters of their life and business.

Super Powers: Coaching and smashing results in Hair & Beauty salons with Salon Sales and systems to get the best results from their teams and salons.
Achievements: Over 20 Finalist award nominations in management & Director categories (2013-2023). BHBA FOH winner 2015. Stylist working on Award winning BHA shoots 2021 & 2023. Completed the London Marathon 2018. International speaker & Coach.
Family: Mum to 2 teen ladies Lia and Ashlee and pet mum to Mr Bruce and Bruno and Dave our elderly house rabbit.
I fell in love with this industry the minute I started working as a part time front of house at Ego in 2012! My passion has turned into having one of the best jobs on the world and I am grateful everyday to work alongside and inspire other salon owners and their teams.

Achievements: Tirelessly supporting and steering my ASD, SPD and anxious son on his bumpy and ‘mostly isolating’ (his words) journey. From coping mechanisms to strategies, therapies to sensory enablement’ and a lot of love and encouragement added in, we have shared with him the tools that were perhaps missing from his toolkit and now Jack’s future feels very bright. He’s ambitious, funny, empowered, clever and loving. There are other achievements, but none that scratch the surface of this one.

I get to work with fiercely strong independent women (and Paul of course!) who’s sole mission is to empower others to be the best that they can be. What could be better than that?!

Achievements: Creating a revolutionary recruitment concept where companies could build corporate social responsibility into their processes. Presenting the concept as a speaker at a Learning and Development Summit in Budapest which created business opportunities with large scale companies including River Island, Arvato and Safestore.
Family: Max (Husband), Leo ( The Boy Wonder), Fizzy ( Fox Terrier) and Four Alpacas
I love my role as it is so varied and I am enjoying that exciting feeling of starting something new.
