Caroline Sanderson, ‘The Salon Jedi’ Pledges 1 Million Pound Training Grant Fund For Salons!

Caroline Sanderson is the multi award winning owner of Ego Hair Design and salon coaching academy Salon Jedi, and author of 7x Amazon Bestseller, “The Salon Jedi: The Big Business Breakthrough for Ambitious Salon Owners”, the profits from which have all been donated to charities. Through her business acumen and passion to help other salons around the world via her five-star Digital Salon Business Academy; in 2020 she pledged £120,000 in charity donations, free education and giveaways. 

Caroline has now launched her Million Mission, which is a £1,000,000 training grant fund, which will go towards courses, websites, coaching and more. This mission is designed to help salon owners and their teams master their mindsets then their skillset so they get fully booked, equipping them with the knowledge and experience to reach new heights. The grants are redeemable against training at the five-star Salon Jedi Academy. 

The Salon Jedi Academy, which is also a member of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing, trains salon business owners, salon managers, salon teams, and front of house across different courses. The criteria to apply includes two tiers, for salon businesses with less than £30,000 net profits or £60,000 net profits.

Caroline pulled her salon back from the brink of bankruptcy during the 2009 recession, to become one of the most successful salons in the UK, achieving phenomenal results across everything from staff and client retention to rebooking and average bills.

Her incredible subsequent awards haul includes BHA Scottish Hairdresser of the Year; BHBA Salon of the Year 1, and she’s the first person (and solo female) to have been named a Legend in the Business Thinker Category at this year’s CREATIVE HEAD MOST WANTED AWARDS after winning the title in 2020, 2015 and 2013.
